BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

Add a teaspoon of Organic FuFu Liang Gong Fu (Fu Hong) Black loose leaf tea to 8 oz. (237 ml) of boiled pure water, steep for 3 minutes, according to your preference.   To make a strong tea, use more tea leaves rather than more time, which will make the tea bitter.  For best results, consume daily.
